BOOKING POLICY
Reservation Policy:
All reservation are to be made by email to : reservation@gardeniacountryinn.com Please provide travel dates, arrival / departure details, package type, number of guests with names , and room type (single, twin / double, and extra bed). Gardenia Country Inn requires deposit to secure bookings. We will hold a reservation for up to fourteen (14) working days after the first invoice has been issued. If deposit is not received within 14 working days, all blocked rooms will be subject to release for re-sale.
Payment Policy:
Payment information will be included on every invoice issued. We receive money in US$, Euro, and Indonesian Rupiah. Please provide the copy of payment transfer by email.
• Deposit Requirement:
1 room night for every bungalow and chalet that are booked.
• Final Payment:
Balance due for all booking is required 30 days before arrival.
• Full payment is required:
For bookings made with less than 30 days before arrival, and room reservation for 1 night only.
Cancellation Policy:
• Should you be required to cancel
   your booking within 14 days of
   arrival for any reason, all monies
   received for the booking will be
   forfeited.
• If the cancellation occurs between
   15-30 days the deposit would be
   used for a future booking in the
   same name within 6 months of
   arrival date of initial booking.
• Cancellation 31 days or further,
   deposit will be refunded minus
   50% cancellation fee plus bank
   charges.
